ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE
BRANCHES / CELLS
These foundational units typically consist of a membership ranging from 5 to 20 individuals. Members at the branch level convene regularly to engage in meaningful discussions and strategise initiatives that are aligned with the organisation’s overarching objectives. This collaborative effort focuses on tailoring promotional plans to effectively advance the organisation’s mission within the local community, ensuring that their activities are both relevant and impactful.
CENTRAL COMMITTEES
In towns and cities that host multiple branches, a central committee plays a pivotal role in coordinating and harmonising the activities of these local branches. This central committee is composed of elected delegates, each representing their respective branch or cell, ensuring that a diverse array of perspectives and needs are considered.
The committee is responsible for establishing overarching goals, facilitating communication between branches, and organising collaborative initiatives that leverage the strengths of each local entity. By fostering unity and collaboration, the central committee aims to enhance the effectiveness and impact of the network as a whole, allowing for shared resources and strategic planning that benefit all members involved.
REGIONAL COUNCILS
Regional Councils are composed of elected delegates from different Central Committees. Regional Councils play a pivotal role in harmonising the efforts of branches within designated geographical areas, ensuring a unified approach that enhances effectiveness and impact.
